This was over a year or so ago this project started which turned into healing magic. So much groundwork that comes into play. Many of us as women need wise women, a shoulder to cry on, a person to dance or hike with, herbs to play with. Wise women are healers and I have had the opportunity to meet some of these beautiful souls who inspire me to learn and gain personal wisdom. Women are the beacons of light and serve as white sages and goddesses help other women create and bring love. This experience has allowed me to understand metaphysics, folk medicine and different modalities in healing through movement, astrology, tarot readings, life skills, magic spells, recipes, plant oils, and touch.

Offers are one on one or group sessions in yoga, life skills, tarot, astrology, white magic, aroma touch, and motivational ways that will show you how your body talks. Whole body health wellness recipes are created for you individually and designed where they offer spiritual, emotional, and physical body back into balance. Healing starts in the body, one can rebuild self – confidence, boost self-esteem, removing any unwanted energy through moving the body. The focus is helping others develop new strategies and patterns that create a universal sense of calm as women.
