Self-Patience= psyche & Yoga

Attention is to self  as women need to remind ourselves that our worth is not ever  going to go away.  The day to take a day away and slowly take off one piece of jewelry as if we really think we need that layer. That layer was untrue.  Today is a class day, a time to stop, a kickback Friday.  It is silence in the moment to step back acknowledge and forge a new way to see experiences in  life through feeling what we feel through breathing  stopping, thinking, and breathing again.  repeat repeat repeat .  Breath and flow  come as a team, and as strong women we develop layers unconsciously.Our belly  flows as our instinct. If we wait we may  breathe  harm. We must stop and ask ourselves at this moment who ensures or scars we gain ?  I have noticed that we enjoy silence, and that were always as women releasing   The beginning is the light since  our minds our idle we will step out of the old after practicing yoga for a while, and for some it could take years to release it if built on “stuckness” witchness.  The word witch is actually a word based off of  wit, which means wisdom.   Mental power can and  will psychically grow  energy.   Nothing can ever be swept away permanently , but  provides more fire . We grow and learn through ways that are to abandon to  no ruminate, a find ways  not to bother or not to bear it anymore . Ways to forego is to forgive the layers of the unconscious  psyche that layered in time.   Today is workshop day in sensitive trauma and is  personal soul work built on teachers who want to expand their knowledge with wounds to big to move in one day, but it is possible that they move through others as they move with breath and movement by practicing self-patience.  Let the dy be filled with gained hope and precious smells and sounds that re-capture the feminine wild women we love.  Let us find our secret in our choices with the psyche to reclaim new bodies in our breath keeping our belly instincts always on fire.
